Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all design and creative services provided by Articept GH, a sole proprietorship based in Ghana, operated by Anthony Osei Mensah ("Articept", "we", "us"). By engaging our services — whether through the website, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel — you ("Client") agree to be bound by these terms.

Articept provides the following creative services:

• Logo design and visual identity
• UI/UX design and web development
• Supporting brand materials (business cards, flyers, social media assets)

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed upon during the onboarding process before work begins.

All projects follow this process:

1. Application & brief — Client submits a project brief via the website or direct contact.
2. Onboarding — Articept reviews the brief, confirms scope, timeline, and pricing.
3. Deposit payment — A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
4. Design & delivery — Work is completed and delivered within the agreed timeline, typically 7 working days.
5. Revisions — Client reviews and requests revisions within the included rounds.
6. Final payment & handover — Remaining 50% is paid before final files are released.

All payments are made via Mobile Money to the following numbers:

• Vodafone/Telecel Cash: 0208855337

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work commences. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered. Articept reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHC) unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change but will not change once a project has been confirmed.

Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. A revision round is defined as a consolidated set of feedback submitted in a single communication.

Revisions refer to refinements within the approved design direction. Requests for an entirely new concept or a significant change in direction after work has commenced will be treated as a new project and quoted accordingly.

Additional revision rounds beyond the 2 included are available at an agreed fee.

The following refund policy applies:

• Before work begins: Full refund of any payment made.
• After work has started but before first draft delivery: 50% refund (deposit is retained to cover time invested).
• After first draft delivery: No refund. Work has been performed and intellectual effort has been expended.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@articeptgh.com or WhatsApp.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the project.
• Respond to requests for feedback or approval within 5 working days. Delays caused by the Client may affect the agreed delivery timeline.
• Ensure that any content, images, or materials provided to Articept do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Make payments on the agreed schedule.

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client receives full ownership of the final agreed deliverables. Articept retains the right to display the work in its portfolio, on its website, and on social media for promotional purposes, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

All preliminary concepts, drafts, and designs not selected as the final deliverable remain the intellectual property of Articept.

Articept retains ownership of all work until full payment is received.

Articept treats all Client information — including business details, strategies, and materials shared during the project — as confidential and will not share this information with third parties without the Client's consent, except where required by law.

Articept's total liability to the Client for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project in question.

Articept is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or profits arising from the use of our deliverables.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

Articept reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued engagement with our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
